If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your blanket to the warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). All items you wish to return  must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. If you are exchanging your product, Dreamhug™ will pay for the costs of shipping the return to our warehouse and shipping the new item to you. 

Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as the request is communicated within 15 days of the parcel arriving at its destination. 

Easy Return Process:

1. Email customer care at support@dreamhug.ca. Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday! Let us know if you would like to process a return or exchange and we will walk you through the process and let you know how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges vary depending on return volume).

2. Write down your order number and the email used in the transaction on a piece of paper, and leave the piece of paper in the product box before shipping the product back to us. Email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for returns that are not received.  Make sure all items are packaged in their original packaging.

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-7 business
days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that
refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your bank
account or credit card.

Write down your order number and the email used in the transaction on a piece of paper, and leave the piece of paper in the product box before shipping the product back to us. Email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your exchange, as well as the receipt for shipping so we can refund you the shipping cost. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for returns that are not received.  Make sure all items are packaged in their original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Do not ship the return back to our warehouse address that was on your package. Ship the return to the address above instead. Returns sent back to the warehouse will not be processed. 
   
2. When we receive your exchange, it will be processed within 3-7 business
days and the cost of shipping you payed will be refunded to you through the amount you originally payed for the blanket. Once it is processed, your new shipment will be sent.
